Induction Program

Induction programme at CMS College of Education began from 7 th September and lasted on 16 th September.The induction programme has seminar,TLM workshop, cultural event and nutrition day.These programme helped to overcome my shyness to interact with other students.On 11 th September 2023 college facilitated a seminar based on child development by smt.Kumuta R, Assistant professor department of social,at CMS College of Arts and Science.She gave a deep knowledge about mental development of a child and appropriate method for teaching them.Her seminar was very interesting.she introduced some technics for teaching the students by knowing their levels.On 12 September 2023 TLM workshop conducted an another session conducted by agastya volunteering  program.The two members  taught us how to teach students without getting bored.They introduce various learning techniques by using different kinds of affordable materials.A variety of games were introduced to change the boredom of children during study time.From this  seminar I was able to understand many active learning methods which are useful for me in my teaching career.On 15 th September 2023 honourable principal of CMS College of education Dr.Leonard Ashok sir organized the first cultural event for the first year students.This cultura event provided an opportunity for first year students to understand each other deeply and socialize.
